Cheddar? Grilled onions? Kosher dills? We respect your creativity and tastes, so we keep our foods simple and extras to a minimum. You might call it the “mingredients” approach.

Our desire is to put wholesome foods on your plate and a smile on your tastebuds. We do this by never administering antibiotics to our animals and feeding them an all vegetarian diet. And, we don’t add any ingredients that are difficult to pronounce!

These burgers are pure goodness thanks to turkeys raised the right way and just two other simple ingredients (sea salt and rosemary extract). The goodness comes from choosing the best turkey meat to achieve a juicy texture and savory taste. Build a burger with or without a bun or creatively slice the patties for use in salads, pasta, rice, or anything you love.

Cooking tips: These burgers cook up best in a skillet on a stove top. Heat a bit of olive oil or use a non-stick pan and cook from frozen. Or grill ‘em! For either, internal temp of 165˚ tells you they’re ready.

SKILLET/STOVETOP

  1. Cook from frozen. (Optional: lightly oil skillet or burgers.)
  2. Pre-heat a non-stick skillet on medium heat.
  3. Cook burgers uncovered for 4-6 minutes per side (turning twice) or until an internal burger temperature of 165˚ is measured with a meat thermometer. DO NOT MICROWAVE.

GRILL COOKING

  1. Cook from frozen.
  2. Pre-heat grill on high.
  3. Place burgers on grill and lower heat to medium high.
  4. Cook burgers for 6-8 minutes per side (turning twice) or until an internal temperature of 165˚ is measured with a meat thermometer.
