It really doesn't get any better than this!! For those with a hearty appetite, try this amazing recipe from RESPECT™! This will make your mouth water.... two juicy antibiotic-free turkey burgers are cooked stove top and topped with cheddar cheese, sautéed onions, and mustard then placed on your favorite toasted buns. We cannot overestimate the amount of deliciousness you experience with this delectable recipe.

Servings: 2 Burger Sandwiches
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 large onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 4 RESPECT™ ABF Turkey Burgers
  • 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 burger buns
  • 4 bread-butter pickle slices patted dry
  • mustard
  1. Heat a large cast-iron griddle over medium heat. Add in oil and butter. Add in onions then season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 12 minutes tossing around often. Remove from pan and set aside.

  2. Increase the temperature to medium-high heat and add in the burgers. Cook each side for about 4 minutes. Add cheese on the burgers and cover pan with foil and move away from heat.

  3. Take the buns and place in the oven under a broiler for a few minutes until toasted.

  4. To build your burger, start by adding the pickles to the bottom bun then top with 2 cheddar cheese-covered turkey burgers. Add a heaping spoon-full of onions.  

  5. Add mustard, place the bun cover on top and enjoy!
