If you love the clean, fresh taste when unique flavors blend together, then you will surely love this amazing Turkey Burger recipe!  Goat cheese, spinach, and roasted red peppers come together to make a mouthwatering topping for our three-ingredient Respect™ Turkey Burgers.  We pack these delicious burgers and toppings into a gourmet toasted ciabatta roll.  

Servings: 4 hungry people
  • 4 Respect™ turkey burgers
  • 2 cups cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 4 ciabatta rolls
  • 2 roasted red pepper patted dry and sliced
  • 4 ounces goat cheese crumbled
  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, add turkey burgers and cook each side for 4 and a ½ minutes.  

  2. Slice rolls and place open side down and toast.

  3. In a bowl add spinach then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and red pepper flakes. Toss together.

  4. Lay the roll bottoms on a serving plate for assembly.  

  5. Divide the spinach and seasoning mixture evenly to each of the four rolls. Place the burgers on top of the greens. Then top the burger with roasted red peppers.  

  6. Spread the goat cheese on the underside of the top half of the rolls and cover the burger. Press down lightly and enjoy!
